Our Strong Legal Tradition

The firm partly traces its origins back to 1899 when Lewis R. Lipsett commenced practice in Ballyshannon, County Donegal, but the firm today owes much to the practice established by Vincent P. McMullin in Donegal Town in 1921.
The Ballyshannon firm ultimately became Brittons Solicitors and combined with VP McMullin Solicitors in 1991 . Under the longstanding stewardship of Brian J. McMullin, former Partner of VP McMullin Solicitors, the Ballyshannon practice became an integral part of that award winning firm.
This practice now known as Brian J McMullin Solicitors continues to evolve and embrace innovation to provide the very best service and experience for all of its clients in the north west, Dublin and further afield.
Whilst the present and future needs of our clients are always our primary focus we are proud of our link with the past through our Principal Brian J. McMullin grandson of Vincent P. McMullin and son of Eunan T. McMullin and our longstanding reputation in the delivery of quality legal services in Dublin and Donegal.
